With reference to the above subject, we would like to introduce our self as M/s A-1 Engineering Works, Located at 495/4, G.I.D.C., Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat. We are indulged in and are specialist in all types of precision machining works. We had started with doing soft turning of Ball Bearings, CRB, SRB & TRB components of M/s. FAG Bearings India ltd. since last three decades. And now, we are indulged in Hard Turning as per the customer’s requirement since last 18 Years. Along with FAG Bearings India Ltd., at present we are doing Hard Turning work of some other so called bearing manufacturers also.

WHAT WE DO
HARD PART TURNING
Hard turning is typically defined as the turning of a part or barstock of harder than 45HRC on a lathe or turning center. Since surface roughness of Rmax/Rz=1.6s can be achieved, hard turning is often considered a replacement for grinding operations or as a pre-grinding process.

Manufacturing all the types of Fasteners (600mm x 600mm) and other turbine parts as per requirement and drawing specifications given to us.Manufacturing of Geneva wheels, Pins, Shafts & other components as per requirement and drawing specifications given to us.

We are doing Hard Turning of CRB, SRB, TAPER Outer & Inner components up to Dia 320mm and SRB Roller hard turning as per the drawings of client. We conduct operations like Finish face, Finish lip face, Finish lip width, Pre OD, Pre track, Pre Bore as per drawing specification given to us.
Doing hard turning of TAPER, CRB, SRB and also Taper thrust bearing and EP CUP CONE OF CAR-TRIDGE BEARINGS since January 2006 as per draw-ing specification and requirement given to us. We have set up our unit at Jaipur GIDC in Sept -2006 to serve the company with utmost thrust.
